I’ve Received My Terminator 3 Replacement Disc from Warner Bros.!

feature photo

As you may be aware, when Terminator 3: Rise of The Machines was released on Blu-ray on 18th December ‘07, it was found that, although the packaging stated 1080p picture, the image was only 1080i, or 1080p if you watch via the “in-movie experience.”

As of the end of February, corrected new copies of the movie have been hitting the shelves. If you are thinking of purchasing this movie, the new “corrected” discs have this item code on the picture side: 2000002683. The old ones had 1000027140. If you had previous purchased the defective copy, you can contact Warner Bros., and they will replace the disc for you. I didn’t have to return the faulty disc.

The telephone number is 1-800-553-6937, and the email address berman1980 [at] hotmail [dot] com. My contact was “Byron”. Send an email, including the UPC code, your name, address, and email address. They will contact you quite shortly.

By the way, these are all for Zone A BDs. I have no idea if the problem exists for other zones, so be sure to find out beforehand.
